USD/JPY: the Dollar on Cloud’s support

Technical levels: support – 110.80; resistance – 111.25.
- Sell — 110.70; SL — 110.90; TP1 — 110.80; TP2 — 110.50.
Reason: narrowing bullish Ichimoku Cloud with falling Senkou Span A; a dead cross of Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen with falling Tenkan-sen; the prices are on the support of the Cloud but the Bears looks strong.
The trend in the scenario above is clearly bearish. We have also had a recent break of structure at the marked horizontal arrows, which means we can expect price to react from the supply zone that broke the structure.
