Taiwan shares go down at close of trade
On Friday, Taiwan stocks decreased after the close because losses in the Glassand Electricity sectors brought stocks down.
The Taiwan Weighted slid 1.05% to reach a fresh 1-month minimum.
Such benchmarks as Logah, Shinkong Texti and Teapo became the best performers of the session on the Taiwan Weighted. They soared respectively 10.00%, 9.99% and 9.80%.
Meanwhile, the worst performance was demonstrated by Asmedia, Inventec Besta and E-Lead Elec. They slid respectively 9.87%, 9.76% and 9.65%.
Besides this, sagging shares supplanted growing ones on the Taiwan Stock Exchange by 767 to 71, while 36 didn’t change.
Stocks in Logah hit 52-week peaks, soaring 10.00% and getting to 10.45. As for stocks in Teapo, they added to 3-years peaks, earning 9.80% and getting to 22.40.
The currency pair USD/TWD managed to acquire 0.17%, reaching 30.373, TWD/CNY sank 0.13%, being worth 0.2265.
Besides this, the US Dollar Index Futures rallied 0.43%, showing 100.49.
