Taiwan stocks rally at close of trade
On Tuesday, Taiwan stocks went up after the close because revenues in the Optoelectronic, Iron & Steel as well as Machinery sectors brought stocks up.
The Taiwan Weighted grew 1.27%.
The best performers of the trading session on the Taiwan Weighted included Genius, Tung Kai Tech and King Core. They rallied respectively 10.00%, 10.00% and 9.89%.
As for the worst performers, they were Tri Ocean Text, In-Win Dev and Young Optics. They dropped respectively 7.64%, 5.41% and 5.33%.
Stocks in Genius grew to 3-years peaks, soaring 10.00%, hitting 335.50. As for stocks in Tung Kai Tech, they inched up to 3-years peaks, soaring 10.00%, reaching 36.85. Additionally, stocks in King Core grew to 52-week peaks, going up 9.89%, trading at 20.55.
On the Taiwan Stock Exchange leaping shares outnumbered diving ones by 606 to 187, while 83 remained intact.
The currency pair USD/TWD descended 0.53%, hitting 30.107, while TWD/CNY stood still keeping to 0.2283.
