About Tibisay Ramos
Ms. Ramos has worked with financial companies since 2004 in different areas. Her career accelerated after her time in the anti-money laundering field, where she worked since 2006 as a Compliance Analyst, Compliance Manager and, later, as a Compliance Officer in Stanford Group, an investment advisory firm and in Efincorp Sociedad de Corretaje de Valores, a bonds brokerage firm, both in Venezuela.
After that, she started to work with FBS in the marketing and translation department and later got the opportunity to work with the analytic department as a Forex Analyst.
Since graduation, she has been in the investment field and wanted to combine it with her international relations knowledge, so she went into International Investments, which satisfied both of her passions.
Forex offered Ms. Ramos sufficient knowledge on International Financial Markets and the impact of International Relations on all of them. In addition, she is fascinated by the tech and the operational platforms for trading.
She says that working with FBS allowed her to go deep into the markets and to be able to teach other people about the mix of international relations, technology, and financial markets.
