- Log into your FBS Personal Area and click the Loyalty program tab in the Menu.
- Click Join Loyalty Program.
- Confirm your email and verify your identity.

What prizes can I get in the FBS Loyalty Program
In the FBS Loyalty Program, prizes range from cash supreme services to state-of-the-art gadgets like iPhone, MacBook, and iMac. The prizes available depend on your Loyalty Status. The higher your Loyalty Status, the more expensive prize you can get!
What is Loyalty Status and how to upgrade it
Loyalty Status is your level in the FBS Loyalty Program. There are four of them: Green, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Once you join the FBS loyalty Program, you automatically get Green Loyalty Status. To upgrade your Loyalty Status, you need to fulfill two conditions.
- Make the required deposit if you’re a Trader. Reach the required turnover of your clients if you’re a Partner.
- Get the required Status Points (see below), both if you’re a Trader or a Partner.
You can check the amount of Status Points and the total amount of deposit or turnover in your Personal Area.
What are Status Points and how to get them
Status Points are points that allow you to upgrade your Loyalty Status.
- If you’re a Trader, you get Status Points for closing an order.
- If you’re a Partner, you get Status Points for the closed orders of your first-level clients.
For example, when you get 300 Status Points and make a deposit of $15 000, you upgrade to Silver Loyalty Status (and more prizes become available to you). But how to receive a prize? Let’s see.
What are Prize Points and how to get them
Prize Points are points that you exchange for prizes and rewards.
- If you’re a Trader, you get Prize Points for closing an order.
- If you’re a Partner, you get Prize Points for the closed orders of your first-level clients.
The good news: the higher your Loyalty Status is (e.g., Gold), the more Prize Points you get for the same activity, and the sooner you can get your prize! The thing is, starting with Gold Loyalty Status, a higher coefficient is applied to calculate both Status and Prize Points. You can find the formula in full Terms and Conditions.
How to exchange Prize Points for a prize
You can request your desired prize when you reach the required amount of Prize Points. To get the prize:
- Open the Loyalty Program tab and click Get your prize.
- Click on the prize you want, then click Proceed.
- If you’re a Trader, consider the number of active trading days (an active trading day is a day when you close at least one order).
- If you’re a Partner, consider the number of active clients (an active client is a client that owns a fully verified account and makes orders the Partner gets commission for).
- If you choose a prize that requires delivery, fill out the form with your address.
- Congratulations, get your prize!
How to boost Prize Points in the FBS Loyalty Program
And here’s the secret tip we promised! To boost your Prize Points, invite your friends to join FBS and get 1 Prize point for each friend. The more friends you have, the faster you can get prize cash, an iPhone, or even a cool MacBook for trading. So don’t waste time. You can invite as many friends as you want!
To invite a friend, click on the link in the Prizes section (see the image below). You’ll get a unique referral link, which you need to copy or share with a friend via Facebook. The person you want to invite has to follow this link to sign up for an FBS account. As soon as your friend verifies the Personal Area and trades 2 lots, 1 Prize point will be credited to both of you
