Charity Event in Malaysia

2020 has woken up on the wrong side of the bed for sure. Apart from the devastating COVID-19 health crisis, the global economy is struggling, and the unemployment rate is growing progressively. People who have lost their jobs due to nationwide lockdowns are the most vulnerable now.

In Malaysia, a lot of families seek financial support because their breadwinners are jobless. FBS could not stay indifferent to this injustice and decided to help the members of the PPR Kampung Baru Air Panas community in Kuala Lumpur.

Together with the Global Peace Mission Malaysia (GPM), we used a part of funds collected under the Trade to Help promo to gather 80 food parcels for the affected families. On April 30, we delivered all of them door-to-door to leave people with hope for a better tomorrow. Each box was worth 100 MYR and included necessities like rice, noodles, flour, cereals, sardines, and others.

FBS is planning to have more similar events in the region. So, if you have any info about the families who are struggling at the moment, please let us know.

Thank you all for the contribution, and stay tuned for more events. We are in this together – for the global recovery and a brighter future.
